You dey cooling my temper

Rwandan-born singer Félicité Niyibizi, fondly called Félic (born 10 February 1991) is a Rwandan singer who has since released five albums. The singer has been nominated twice at the MTV Africa Music Awards. Her fifth studio album, 'Guessta' has hit stores and platforms around Africa and the world. She started her musical career back in 2005. After starting a journey to record her first album, Félicité made the right decision to not play second fiddle to anyone. Félicité is often thought of as a 'diva' even though she lives the average African life.

She has always been transparent and often posts pictures of her mundane life, as she is also an interior designer by trade. One of her fans on social media once shared a post saying: 'Miss Félicité, when will you start training people to be your backup dancers?' He, of course, got many responses.
In an interview with Sunday Scoop, Félicité said,

"I always say that, when I was growing up, I wanted to be a teacher and to work with kids. You know, I like to see kids happy. When I see them happy, that's when I am happy. It's all about the happiness of the kids. It was through a friend of mine that I got into the music scene. He told me about Afrikan Star who was a well-known artiste back then. I wanted to record with him but he wanted me to fly out of my country to record. I listened to his music and I loved it. I wanted to be a part of that. After the first song that I recorded, I got my manager, Kola, who is now my husband. Then I started recording other songs. I'm glad that I am where I am today and that I will forever have him by my side."

Despite receiving several awards and nominations, Félicité is still hurting from the fact that she wasn't nominated for the 2014 edition of the MTV Africa Music Awards. She said, "My first thought is that I was not honoured. Secondly, I was not nominated for the same award for three years in a row. When they called my name last year
